What are your refund, return and plant substitution policies?
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once your order has been placed. All sales are final, however, if you have any concerns about your plants or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Care team. We're here to help ensure you have a successful planting experience.
Our plant guarantee covers 1 replacement for plants that have died within 365 days. Refunds will not be issued in leiu of replacement plants.
Occasionally, we may need to substitute a plant in a mixed species collection due to plant quality concerns. In such cases, we will select a substitute that offers similar wildlife benefits and thrives in the same conditions. If a substitution is made, we will notify you via email prior to shipping. Refunds due to plant substitution will not be made.
