Do you offer a guarantee on your plants?
Yes! We guarantee our plants for 365 days after they are delivered and we provide assistance or replace plant as needed to guarantee your satisfaction.
If your plant has died within the guarantee period and you would like to request a replacement please fill out the replacement request form found here.
All of following information will be required when filling out the form:
- The name of the plant
- A photo of the plant
- A description of the problem
- Your order number
Please note: we are not able to offer replacement for plants that die due to wildlife damage or failure to follow recommended plant care guidelines. You can find more information on our 365-day satisfaction guarantee here.
