Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Changes to Plants Ordered: In most cases, we are unable to make changes once an order has been placed. However, we encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care team for assistance. They will do their best to help with any issues or special requests regarding your order.
Shipping Address Changes: Please email our customer care team at orders@gardenforwildlife.com. As long as your order has not been processed for shipping by our grower, we should be able to change the shipping address. Please note: if the plants your have ordered are not native to the new shipping address, we will not be able to ship your order. We can only ship plants to areas where they are native.
Cancelations: We are unable to offer order cancelations, returns, or exchanges at this time. All sales are final.
