Do I need to be home when my plants are delivered? What if I can't plant right away?
You do not need to be home when the plants are delivered, however we do recommend that plants be removed from their packaging as soon as possible after they are delivered. If you are going to be away from home for an extended amount of time after your plants are delivered you may consider arranging to have a friend or neighbor unbox the plants until you are able to care for them, especially when temperatures are high.
We recommend planting within a week of delivery. If you are not able to plant right away, the plants may be left outside in an area with partial shade. Be sure to water frequently to maintain soil moisture.
