Holding onto Hope
I received an order a couple months back which included Black-eyed Susans. They arrived basically dead. A replacement order was shipped to me. The Black-eyed Susans in that order were in very tough shape, but I'm holding onto hope that they will survive through the summer & grow back strong & beautiful next year.

Great customer service!
It took way longer to get my order than anticipated due to growing problems then when the order arrived, two plants had been substituted. I was in almost weekly contact with Kate who explained, informed and immediately had the correct pollinator plants sent. I can’t say enough about how she helped. The plants came packaged wonderfully and look great. I hope I can keep them alive.

Not up to par
Most of the plants were alive & relatively healthy. Every black-eyed Susan was either dead or very nearly dead. I was looking forward to having them in my garden. Very disappointed. Have had a better experience in the past. Not sure what went wrong this time.

Pollinator Picnic Plant Collection
Mildly disappointing for a variety of reasons. 1) Product delivered quite late in season 2) Plants were plugs which took me by surprise. 3) Root bound very difficult to room had to tear contain 4) Sizes range from not quite 1in to 2in. Too fragile to put in the ground I’ve been communicating with Kate who has been quite understanding.
