Shipping Timeframes

Spring 2026 Shipping Status: 85% Complete

We have successfully shipped 85% of all spring pre-orders as of late May! We are now working through our final remaining orders.

Here is what you need to know about the final push:

  • Readiness Rules: Orders ship based on plant maturity (fully rooted, 3–6 inches of new growth). If one or more plants in your order aren't ready, it may cause a slight delay.

  • Our Solution: To speed things up, we are actively sourcing missing species from alternative locations or offering plant substitutions when necessary.

  • The Timeline: We process the oldest orders first. If you placed your pre-order later in the season (March or April), you are in the final queue. All remaining orders are estimated to ship within the next 2-3 weeks.

If you are placing an order in May or June and the shipping status for the product is "Open," expect your order to ship within our standard 10-14 day window.

What is my USDA Hardiness Zone?

Sometimes called “growing zones,” hardiness zones refer to a map developed by the USDA that separates the United States into regions based on the average low winter temperatures. The USDA Hardiness Zone Map is the standard by which gardeners and growers can determine which plants are most likely to thrive at a location. The map is based on the average annual minimum winter temperature, divided into 10-degree F zones and further divided into 5-degree F half-zones. When will my plants ship?

Find your shipping region to see when the approximate shipping timeframe will be. All orders are filled in the order they are received, with the oldest pre-orders shipping first.

*Important note: To ensure your plants arrive healthy, we may delay shipments to certain areas during times of extreme temperatures, natural disasters, or other conditions that will impact the plants during transit. Any delays will be clearly communicated.
