This limited-edition collection includes six native perennial plants that are especially beneficial to hummingbirds:

  • Scarlet Sage (2)
  • Coral Honeysuckle (2)
  • Pink Beardtongue (2)

Grown sustainably just for your area, these part-shade plants:

  • Offer brightly colored tubular flowers that attract and provide nectar for hummingbirds
  • Support other key wildlife species, including butterflies, moths, and bees
  • Bloom across three seasons and return each year
  • Never need chemicals and require less water once established

The Hummingbird Heroes plant collection was curated for its ability to supply essential food to hummingbirds for three seasons. Did you know? Many hummingbirds consume up to twice their bodyweight in nectar, small insects, and tree sap every day.

This collection of native plants also supports:

3 butterfly species
1 species of pollen specialist bee (the sweat bee (Dufourea monardae))
96% of backyard birds that rely on these insects to feed their young
Dozens of other pollinator species foraging for nectar
All purchases support National Wildlife Federation’s non-profit mission to help declining wildlife and expand native plant availability nationwide.

This is a limited-edition collection that will start shipping in mid-March to the following states: AL, FL, GA, MS, and SC.

Orders placed before mid-March (pre-orders) will ship after the frost date for your zone.

When your order ships, you will receive an email from orders@gardenforwildlife.org with tracking information.

Also Includes: Garden design ideas and plant guidance from our pros.
