- What does it mean to pre-order plants?
- When will my pre-order be shipped?
- What are the benefits of pre-ordering?
Orders placed outside of the shipping window for your state are considered pre-orders. This reserves the plants for you and ensures you will receive them once the weather is safe for them to be shipped. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email from orders@gardenforwildlife.com with tracking information.
Pre-orders are shipped in the order they are received, starting with the oldest order date within the shipping region. Live shipping resumes on a rolling basis across the country after the last frost date for a specific area. This generally means southern states open for shipping first in late March/early April and then the northeast and midwest resume shipping in April and May. Weather permitting, live shipping is typically fully open by the end of May.
