What is the California Black Friday sale?

The California "Black Friday" native plant sale starts on Friday, December 26 and runs through 11:59 PM PT on Tuesday, December 30, 2025. Customers who spend $250 or more can take advantage of extra savings with special buy more, save more discounts. Save an extra 10% on orders of $250+ using code BFCM10, or save an extra 15% on orders of $300+ using code BFCM15, or save an extra 20% on orders $350+ using code BFCM20. That's up to 30% off! Discounts cannot be combined with other offers. The discount code must be applied at checkout.

What is included in the sale?

The California "Black Friday" sale applies to individual plant sets and curated collections for all California native plant species currently in stock. Bulk garden products, gift cards and merchandise (sweatshirts, puzzles, etc.) are not included in this sale.

When will I receive my order?

Plants ordered during the 2025 California "Black Friday" sale (December 26 - December 30, 2025) are considered pre-orders and will be shipped in Spring 2026. Pre-orders are shipped in the order they are received, starting with the oldest order date within the shipping region. Live shipping resumes on a rolling basis across the country after the last frost date for a specific area. We expect shipping to begin opening for this region in late March/early April.
