How to Plant Your Native Plants

I was having some health issues when the order came in so I gave them to my neighbors to plant in their flower beds. Can't wait until the bloom. I'm well enough to start my own as soon as I can figure out what I should be planting in Xenia, Ohio. Any suggestions would be appreciated Thanks

Healthy plants
Plants arrived in good condition. The instructions were very helpful. I just hope the deer will leave them alone this winter so I can see them in bloom next year.

Time of year to plant?
Really enjoyed the site. Learned a lot. But it’s September 24th here in The Hudson Valley, New York and it’s getting chilly. My feeling is it’s too late to plant. Am I right? When is a good time?
