This collection includes three native perennial plants that will attract hummingbirds to your porch or patio:
  • Pink Beardtongue (1)
  • Scarlet Sage (1)
  • Coral Honeysuckle (1)
Support the climbing vine with a trellis.

Grown non-GMO and free of harmful neonicotinoids for healthy pollinators and planet, these sun/part shade plants:
  • Provide key hummingbird habitat (a hummingbird welcome mat, so to speak)
  • Offer brightly colored tubular flowers that attract and provide nectar for hummingbirds
  • Support other key wildlife species, including butterflies, moths, and bees
  • Bloom across three seasons and return each year
  • Never need chemicals and require less water once established

Did you know? Many hummingbirds consume twice their body weight in nectar, small insects, and tree sap every day.

Plants in this collection provide food for the Ruby throated hummingbird (Archilochus colubrisare), native across the eastern United States, and the Buff-bellied hummingbird (Amazilia yucatanensis) found in some Gulf Coast states. Many other hummingbirds migrating through the Southeast will benefit from this collection too!

This collection of plants also has the potential to support up to:

• 8 butterfly and moth species
• 1 species of pollen specialist bee (the sweat bee Dufourea monardae)
• Dozens of other pollinator species foraging for nectar
• 96% of the backyard birds that rely on larval insects to feed their young

All purchases support National Wildlife Federation’s non-profit mission to help declining wildlife and expand native plant availability nationwide.

Our plants are grown regionally to thrive where you live and help local wildlife. Confirm availability for your area using the zip code checker near the add to cart button above.
