Fantastic customer service

I ordered some plants from Garden for Wildlife and they were shipped while it was still quite hot in TX. A third of the plants arrived dead or died shortly after planting. I was unhappy and left a review that reflected that. A couple days later I was contacted by Customer Service and they shipped me out a complete second set! (not just replacements for the ones that died) These showed up in perfect shape and have been doing well since being planted. Garden for Life went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I was happy with the experience and they succeeded greatly. Thank you Garden for Life!!!

Southeast Multiple Collections

I purchased the following Southeast Collections: Monarch Munchable, Butterfly Buffet, Pollinator Power. All in all, I am happy with my plants and experience! Please Note: All the plants in the Pollinator collection were dead upon arrival. The Golden Rod plants included in the Monarch collection were also DOA. I contacted customer service to request replacements for the dead plants and got a second round of my entire order. when the replacements plants came, the Blue Mistflower, Spotted Beebalm and Sweet Goldenrod plants were once again dead. However, customer service went beyond what I asked for. The plants that did survive both shipping journeys are doing wonderfully and are already blooming! I think that the ones that perished twice might be too fragile for the extended shipping time during the summer months.

Wonderful program!

Very easy to order and the plants looked fantastic when they arrived. I love the way you combine plants that need the same resources ie sunlight, water etc and that look good together to make it easy for us to add to our gardens. We need even more options!
